The area is full of vineyards and beautiful countryside ideal for long walks or bike rides. The pebble beaches of Rabac are only 4 km away where you can enjoy all sea sports including scuba diving, jet skiing, sailing or daily excursions to the many islands. Other sports such as tennis and horse riding are also available locally. The daily open market is a must for buying local produce and fresh fish. Take a drive to the ancient town of Pula 35km away, where concerts are performed from May to September in the famous Roman Amphitheatre. Take a coastal drive to Icici and Opatia and see the many marinas and casinos. Come and sample the delights of the country.
