Villa 4 was built of stone from the island of Brač. Located in a quiet and secluded residential area of Split on the outskirts of the park-forest Marjan, just a 5 minute walk from the Diocletian palace and the town center. A beautiful view is offered from the top of Marjan on the old and new parts of Split. Well hidden from views you can also enjoy lovely outdoor areas that include a swimming pool and sauna with a spacious garden making a perfect match for relaxing and enjoying the superb climate.
The villa can accommodate up to eight people and it is the perfect property for large groups of friends or family with a beautiful view of the harbor, the islands and the sea. Completely renovated in 2007 and fitted with top quality furnishing and appliances. Split has a variety of restaurants and wine cellars, offering traditional Dalmatian specialties. There are many beaches and public beaches in the city, the most popular is Bacvice beach, and it is a sand beach almost in the very center of the town.
The indoor area is 360 m2. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms and a terrace which provides a fantastic view of the harbor, surrounding islands and the sea.
The ground floor of about 120 m2 consists of the kitchen and three spacious rooms which are connected through a loggia to the terrace and the pool. The loggia (alcove) is a perfect spot for a quiet breakfast or a morning coffee and the terrace on the first floor is best enjoyed in the afternoons and evenings.
The large terrace around the pool is equipped with deck chairs, beach umbrella and a table for serving meals. The pool and the lights in and around it give you a chance to refresh yourself late in the evening after a busy day or to have outdoor evening meals on the surrounding terrace. In the basement there is a sauna, a room for sport activities and a bathroom.
